Pickle Girly

There’s something so healing about the symbiosis between a Pickle Girly and a Girl Who Hates Pickles. It’s the ultimate friendship synergy. Being able to go to lunch with someone you love, and knowing you have someone to give your pickle to. 

For me, that’s my friend Laura. Laura loves pickles.

Laura, like a true Cornichon Connoisseur, has strong feelings about pickles. Her personal principle is that Bread and Butter pickles are, in her words, “TRASH.” 

What Laura does love is a briney, vinegary pickle.*

She actually may just love Vinegar. Which is why, for her birthday one year, our friends taped, stapled, and glued a dozen bags of Salt & Vinegar chips (her favorite kind) to a Hawaiian shirt. And then made her wear it around our shared office.
